About Dr. Hunter

Dr. Monica Hunter founded MH Consulting, a consulting firm specializing in Organizational Leadership and Development. As a consultant, she has collaborated well with diverse organizations and communities in Western Riverside, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, and Kern Counties. Monica can develop and implement various developmental and quality enhancements within new and existing nonprofit and for-profit organizations. For example, The Fruit Of Our Hands Ministries, which she helped found with Lisa DeGennaro. The organization's mission is to help families thrive through programs built on creativity, fellowship, love, and unity—all to the glory of God. 

Making a difference in the community is her passion; she knew it was the time to act in love through her actions and not just her speech. She felt it is essential to help others because when we help others in need, we enrich our lives and those we serve. She gives others hope when times like these seem hopeless. She is showing love so that love can become contagious. Love is the most significant contribution, especially when she gives to those who cannot repay her. This is why community is essential. This is who she is. In addition, Monica is an Adjunct Professor at Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena. 

Monica has received Certificates of Recognition for Youth and Community Development from Senator John J. Benoit, Corona-Norco Family YMCA, California Legislature Assembly, County of Riverside, Congress of the United States House of Representatives, and City Council of the City of Corona.

Monica has her Ph. D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Master's in Human Services, emphasizing Child Development and Organizational Leadership and Development.
